Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely experience at Lake McDonald, staying at both a historic cabin and Snyder Hall. The cabins offered comfy beds and beautiful lake views, while Snyder Hall had a charming common area for breakfast. However, the rooms were quite small and lacked some amenities like microwaves and fridges. The dining experience was delightful, but the shared bathrooms at Snyder Hall may not suit everyone. Overall, it was a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.
There were some ups and downs during my stay. On the positive side, the location was absolutely stunning with a beautiful lake view, and my cabin was charming and cozy. However, the maintenance of the property left much to be desired, and the service was quite confusing and poorly organized at times.
I had a wonderful experience at the Lodge, which is set in a truly spectacular location surrounded by glorious mountains. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, helping to enhance our stay. However, the Wi-Fi didn't reach our room and there were no elevators, which might be inconvenient for some guests. But overall, it was a great value for what we experienced during our visit.
My stay at Lake McDonald Lodge was truly delightful. The setting on Lake McDonald is just stunning, and the historic charm of the lodge creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While I found the rooms to be quite comfortable and well-kept, the noise from outside could be a bit disruptive at times. Overall, it's a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, with delicious dining options and a friendly vibe.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Lake McDonald Lodge. The location is stunning, providing breathtaking views and easy access to trails, but I found the accommodations to be quite cramped. The dining experience was enjoyable, though the limited seating can be a challenge during peak times. Overall, it's a place worth visiting for the scenery and convenience to the park, but the cabin setup could use improvement.
